Who we are

Agreement

By playing Monzari you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not play. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to agree to these terms and to make purchases.

Your account

• You can play as a guest. A guest account lives on your device: if you lose the device or delete the app without linking a sign-in (Apple, Google or email), your progress cannot be brought back.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One player, one account in ranked play. Do not sell, trade or share accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Your data > Delete account.

Fair play

Do not cheat: no modified clients, bots, scripts, exploits of bugs, or teaming up with other players to fix results. Do not use offensive player names. We look at reports and fair play notes and may warn you, reset your name, take back rating or ban an account. A person looks at every case; nothing is banned automatically. If your account is banned, the ban message names the address for questions and appeals.

Purchases and virtual items

• Creatures, items, currencies and cosmetics in the game are a license to use them in the game, not property. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or moved out of the game.
• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their terms, including refunds. A refunded purchase is taken back in the game.
• Purchases save time within the game's limits; they never raise a limit. Prices and contents are shown before you buy.
• If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. This right ends once delivery has started, if you agreed that delivery starts right away and confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal by this. The store asks for this when you buy.

The game changes

We balance and change the game, its content and its numbers over time, and we may end events or seasons. If we end the game itself, we will announce this in the game at least 60 days before. Virtual items and unused purchases are not paid out when the game ends; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of obligations that are essential for playing the game, and only for damage that is typical and foreseeable. Your statutory rights for digital products, including the warranty for defects, remain unaffected.

Law and disputes

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live also apply. I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Changes

We will show changes to these terms in the game at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.
